Chandrakant Sampat is known as a pioneer of value investing in share market<\/a> in India. 2. Radhakishan Damani<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n

Radhakishan Damani<\/a> is a self-made billionaire and owner of the country\u2019s retail chain, ‘DMart.’ He considers Chandrakant Sampat as his mentor and started investing in the stock market<\/a> in the 80\u2019s.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

He built his fortune by investing heavily in stocks of multinational companies, during the late-80s and early-90s. He began investing in 1985 with a capital of just Rs. 5000 and as of 2018, his net worth stood at over Rs 19,000 crores.
