Nifty Realty index gained 0.93% within the first two hours of market opening. All the stocks in this index are in green, which is an impressive sight for investors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Top NSE Realty Stocks Today<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Godrej Properties has led the realty index of NSE with a 1.63%&nbsp; gain until now. The stock closed at 1599.35 yesterday and opened today at the same price; however, it moved upward within the first hour of the market and is currently at 1623.40. The price is going up as the company reported positive quarterly sales report. The company&#8217;s pre-sales have increased by 12% on a YoY basis and 5% on a QoQ basis. Nifty Pharma has gained 0.79% &nbsp;until now and is currently at 15139.35 from its previous close at 15021.40. All the stocks of this index are also in the green except just one stock, which is Natco Pharma.
