Sanjeev Jha Joins Research & Ranking as HR Head

Research & Ranking, the equity investment advisory brand under Equentis Wealth Advisory Services, on Tuesday announced the appointment of Sanjeev Jha as the Head of Human Resources. 

In this role, Jha will report to Manish Goel, Founder & Director of Research & Ranking, according to a
statement. Jha comes with over 15 years of experience and a track record of fostering a transformational and diverse work environment. He joined Research & Ranking from upGrad, an ed-tech giant, where he helped the firm scale up from 300 employees to 7,000. Previously, Jha was also associated with Convergys India, TCS and GIC Power.

Throughout his career, Jha oversaw - COE, HR Business Partnering, Talent Acquisition, HR Transformation, Learning & Development, Organisational Development, and Shared Services across geographies. In his new role, Jha will lead strategic and people-centric initiatives. He Advt will spearhead the development and implementation of HR strategies in alignment with the company’s ambition to drive high growth. In collaboration with his team, he will focus on attracting top-tier talent,
nurturing professional growth, prioritising employee well-being, and fostering a performance-based culture. Jha will emphasise inclusivity, professional development, employee branding, and a harmonious work environment to achieve these objectives, as per the statement.
